Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the PalletPro mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

PalletPro is operated by PalletPro ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of the App and any related services.

PalletPro is an inventory and profit tracking tool designed for resellers. The App allows you to:

• Track pallets, items, and inventory
• Record sales, expenses, and mileage
• Calculate profit, ROI, and analytics
• Export data in CSV and PDF formats
• Manage photos of items and receipts

To use PalletPro, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

You retain ownership of all data and content you create within the App, including inventory records, photos, financial data, and analytics. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We do not independently verify the financial information, inventory details, or other data you provide.

PalletPro offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro) with additional capabilities.

• Purchases made within our iOS or Android apps are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective payment terms
• Purchases made on our website are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. For website purchases, PalletPro is the merchant of record, and applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds for app-store purchases are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds for website purchases are handled by us — contact support@getpalletpro.com
• Cancelling a subscription does not result in a partial refund for the current billing period
• App-store subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings; website subscriptions are managed from your account's billing settings on our website

If you downgrade your subscription, data beyond the lower tier's limits becomes read-only. No data is deleted upon downgrade.

Eligible users who subscribe during the beta period receive a 50% discount on their chosen subscription plan ("Beta Founder Pricing"). This discount remains in effect for as long as the subscription remains continuously active.

• If a Beta Founder subscription is canceled, expires, lapses, or is refunded for any reason, the Beta Founder discount is permanently and irrevocably revoked
• The user may resubscribe at the then-current standard price but will not be eligible to regain Beta Founder Pricing
• Beta Founder Pricing is non-transferable
• PalletPro reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Beta Founder program at any time; however, active Beta Founder subscriptions will continue to receive the discount for as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing

You agree not to use PalletPro to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

The PalletPro App, including its design, code, features, logos, and trademarks, is owned by PalletPro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our express written permission.

The PalletPro name and logo are trademarks of PalletPro. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

PalletPro is not a financial, accounting, or tax advisory service.

• Profit, ROI, and other financial calculations provided by the App are estimates based on the data you enter
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations or analytics
• You should not rely solely on PalletPro for tax filing, financial reporting, or business decisions
• We recommend consulting a qualified accountant or financial professional for tax and business matters

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PALLETPRO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our servers, including inventory, photos, expenses, and analytics.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination when possible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
