PalletPro ("we," "our," or "us") operates the PalletPro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

By using PalletPro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Account Information

• Email address (required for account creation)
• Password (securely hashed, never stored in plaintext)
• Affiliate or referral codes (optional)

User-Generated Content

• Pallet and inventory data (names, costs, categories)
• Item details (descriptions, prices, sale information)
• Photos of items and receipts
• Expense records and mileage tracking data
• Financial calculations (profit, ROI, analytics)

Automatically Collected Information

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Error logs and crash reports (via Sentry)
• Push notification tokens (for delivery only)
• General usage patterns (anonymized)

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Calculate profit, ROI, and analytics from your data
• Send push notifications you have opted into
• Diagnose technical issues and improve app stability
• Process subscription payments through app stores
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. We implement the following security measures:

• Row-Level Security (RLS) ensuring users can only access their own data
• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure password hashing via Supabase Auth
• Photos stored in encrypted cloud storage buckets

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage. Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat — Subscription management and payment processing. Privacy Policy
• Sentry — Error tracking and crash reporting. Privacy Policy
• Expo — Push notification delivery. Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — App distribution and in-app purchase processing.

These services may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

Reference images. When Product Match identifies your item with high confidence, the app may show a small reference photo of the matching product alongside your own photos. This photo is loaded directly by your device from Google's image-thumbnail servers — your device connects to Google and shares its IP address and standard network/device information, the same way it would if you opened a Google Images result in a browser. PalletPro's servers do not download, store, or retransmit the image bytes; they may validate the URL's availability and content type before your device loads it. The reference photo is shown only to help you confirm a match; it is never saved to your item, never shown to any other user, and disappears once you leave that screen.

The PalletPro mobile app does not use cookies. We use local device storage (AsyncStorage) to persist your session and preferences on your device.

Our website (palletproapp.com) may use essential cookies for basic functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on our website.

You have the right to:

• Access your data — View all your data within the App
• Export your data — Use the CSV/PDF export features in Analytics
• Delete your data — Delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes all your data from our servers
• Correct your data — Edit any information within the App at any time

PalletPro is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (including photos, inventory, expenses, and analytics) is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked to any individual may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications.

Your continued use of PalletPro after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
